A common problem can be draughty windows. More often than not this is due to faulty window hinges (stays), that do not shut the window tightly. Once again, this is generally caused by wear and tear and excessive use, but is easily resolved. We can replace broken or worn window or door hinges and spare you the expense of paying for new windows or doors, when you don't need to.
