So it's been a tough time, not only for the UK, but for the whole world, in the battle against COVID-19. We would like to assure all of our customers that we will continue to operate as normal, carrying out all of your double glazing repairs, following government advice and guidance to ensure the safest possible working environment for everyone. With this in mind, we ask for your co-operation in order to implement the following steps to keep us all as safe as possible:

We ask if you can please:

  • Leave all internal doors open where possible to limit our contact within your home.

  • NOT be in the same room as us while we work or measure up.

  • Stay at least 2m away from us where possible.

  • Provide us with an email address so we are able to send through any quotes/invoices, thus limiting the need to pass anything over.

We would like to reassure our customers that we are taking the following steps ourselves:

  • Wash or sanitise our hands, before, after and during our visits.

  • Will endeavour to keep 2m apart wherever possible.

  • Book appointments in advance so you have plenty of notice as to our arrival.

  • Wipe clean areas of contact where we have been working such as, window/door handles and frames.

  • Ventilate areas where we are working.

  • Wear a face mask if requested by the customer, or in instances where the 2m social distancing gap cannot be maintained.

  • Send all quotes and invoices via email to reduce any need for contact.

  • Only accept contactless payment (either BACS transfer or payment by debit/credit card over the phone).

We have read through all of the government advice and guidelines for tradesman working within other peoples homes and have considered the risks involved. Therefore, we can proudly confirm that we are staying COVID-19 secure.
